"These items are new Open box" a quote form the seller after I messaged him/her. Also Descibed this way but didnt come that way . In all honesty its USED it was someones elses before they got it as there is signs everywhere it was. Scratched, label peeled back, generic power supply If it was new open box it would have a zte power supply, telephone cord, documation and yes I messaged him but got the typical run around that you get from a junk yard
